Teeter Inversion Tables
Yowzer! I can’t believe the number of teeter inversion tables available online. I’m talking about the variety of models. There’s the EP-960, EP-550, EP this, EP that, man oh man I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Anyway, I checked out a handful of Teeter Hangs Up reviews, and eventually plopped the cash on the following model which I think is the best one.
Teeter EP-560

Teeter Hangs Up Best Model is the EP-560, and here’s why…
Well, to me the 560 is the best model because well, you see, it’s the only model I own hahaha…I’m sorry folks, I can’t comment on the other models, but the rest seem to be getting glowing reviews. If I had plenty of cash to spare, I would have purchase the other models too, alas…Bill Gates is not my uncle.
Now I have to be honest with you. The main reason I chose the 560 over other models is because of the price. This model is the cheapest at $350 inclusive of shipping and handling (that was the price at the time of purchase, might be different now). If I’m not mistaken the EP-960 costs $400 plus, while the EP-550 is around $430 - $450.
Now just because the EP-560 is the cheapest one, doesn’t mean it’s shabby. I use it daily and it has work wonders for my back. The recurring back aches that I used to suffer are now gone. It went away after about a month or so of using the EP-560 table.
Truth is I felt the difference right after using it for the very first time. I noticed that inverting on the table for several minutes made positive difference to my back, especially the lower spine area. A week or so later my back felt loose and limber, and then a few weeks later the recurring aches in my back area was just gone.
Another reason I chose the EP-560 over other teeter inversion tables is because of the extra accessories which I thought was pretty appealing. The first accessory is the lumbar bar and this is the one that I wanted the most. You just fit the bar on the table’s bed, lie down and invert according to the instructions. You’ll notice that the bar puts a lot more focus on stretching the lower back region. Deepness of the stretch can be tweaked via the bar’s adjustable arch.

The second accessory is the massage nodes. You can install these on the table’s bed. Put them in all sorts of positions for the purpose of massaging tense muscles. They work alright for me, but my brother claims that he couldn’t feel the nodes at all. However bear in mind that my brother is a bit overweight!

The final accessory is well, not really an accessory. It’s a DVD so pop into any DVD player and enjoy five stretching classes conducted by Dr. Shawn. Each class is about 10 – 20 minutes long. I highly recommend that you watch this video to make the most of the EP-560 inversion table. I believe the very same DVD is included with other teeter inversion tables, but I could be wrong though.
Anyway the 560 has great construction and seems to hold up very well. I’ve been using it every day for almost half a year already. The thing is still stable and still going strong. It’s very precisely balanced and it even rotates, and follows your flexing movements. Putting the thing together is a cinch and because the table is foldable, you can pretty much store this anywhere in the house.
So there you go. For me, Teeter Hangs Up best model is the EP-560. You can check out other Teeter Hangs Up reviews and I’m pretty sure 8 times out of 10, they’ll say that the EP-560 is the top choice due to its relatively low price, useful accessories, and top quality design.

Teeter Hang Ups best price because you have to fork out just $14.95?
No such thing unfortunately. It’s not that cheap. If you visit the Teeter official site, there might be a deal going on that allows you to pay $14.95 upfront and you get to test drive the EP-560 inversion table at home for 30 full days.
Once the trial period expires, you can keep the table and pay in 3 monthly installments. Now I’m not sure if the deal is still around though. Last time I saw the deal was like almost a year ago.
Anyway, I’m not interested in paying the table in 3 separate installments because such approach messes up my monthly budgeting. I prefer to just get it over with and pay the full price upfront.
I ordered the table from Amazon and delivery was very fast and free! I would recommend placing your order of this table with Amazon because their service is awesome and they’re 100% trustworthy. Just follow the link below to jump straight to the product page on Amazon.com.
