Cheap Inversion Table
Think a good cheap inversion table is next to impossible to find? Well, think again! You know, I used to subscribe to that stereotype thinking i.e. if you pay crap, you get crap. Now that I’m completely satisfied with this table, I guess I just have to get rid of that sort of thinking. Obviously it doesn’t apply to all products!

Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table
The Body Max IT6000 is a relatively cheap inversion table for sale on Amazon, as I first found out about it on that site. I’ve suffered back ache for many years. Some days the pain is not all that, but on other days, it can be pretty excruciating! About 4 months have passed since I ordered this table and the difference it made to my back cannot be emphasized enough.
The pain comes around from time to time, but not as frequent as it used to be. Also the excruciating aches are long gone. The table works like you wouldn’t believe and I’m so happy that it only cost me 105 dollars. I actually had my eyes on another model and that one has some really cool bells and whistles. The price isn’t cool however ($399!), thus I settled on this Body Max model.
When I first got the parts out of the package, I thought, “Holy stool! Do I need to enroll in an engineering course in order to put all these stuff together?” So I took at a gander at the instructions and then I looked at the parts again. And that’s when I realized that I had completely underestimated my building skills which I obtained from spending numerous hours playing LEGO as a child.
Look, I’m really serious here; putting the table together doesn’t require much brain power and skills. Assembling isn’t my forte for your info, yet I managed to get this inversion therapy table set up in half an hour, or maybe 40 minutes tops. It all went down smoothly.
Another plus point is the ease of use. No complications. You can easily adjust the height using its convenient pin feature. It’ll help you locate the ideal position for your height. Please take note that the table can support folks with height range of 4' 8" to 6' 3" and weight of up to 250 lbs.
The table is completely comfortable to lie and invert on. However, for some people, it may take some time getting used to. I love inverting on this table because for one it works, and two, it really calms me down. Sometimes when I need that quick pain relief, I just invert for several minutes and the pain goes away.
I’m not too sure about the durability. I mean it’s holding up well now, but I’ve only had it for 4 months. At this point though, I would say the construction quality is all good. The thing isn’t shaky and seems strong, the frame I mean. The padding and ankle supports seem to be well made. Speaking of ankle supports, you might want to wear a pair of running shoes or perhaps hiking boots, when you’re inverting.
In my opinion, the ankle supports aren’t comfortable enough. Other than that, it’s all good. This cheap inversion table is top-notch for the price. Use the link below to get a pretty good deal online which includes free delivery.
