Teeter Inversion Table Reviews
“Chariots of Fire” won the best picture Oscar way back in 1981. And you know what else happened that year? Well that was also the year Roger and Jenny Teeter started riding their chariot to success by starting a company called “Sky’s the Limit”.
Many years later the company started calling themselves “Teeter”. It’s was a smart move because now people searching for feedback regarding their products would type in “Teeter inversion table reviews”, as opposed to “Sky’s the Limit inversion table reviews” which obviously doesn’t have that catch to it.

Teeter Hang Ups Model EP-550
This teeter 550 provides immediate relief of back pain. The table looks very stylish and has a very solid construction to ensure I’m 100% safe while hanging upside down. The weight limit is 300 pounds so it has no problem supporting my weight as I’m about 185 lbs. Easy to assemble and it even comes with a DVD containing a video guide on how to put the table together.
Inversion therapy really keeps the pain away. I usually invert once a day for a few minutes. Every now and again, I might experience a pretty nasty back pain due to the nature of my work, and my remedy is to invert several intervals a day to make the pain go away. It works every time! The table is expensive, but you will certainly get your money’s worth. It’s durable and very easy to use.

Teeter Hang Ups Model EP-560
I purchased this teeter table a few months ago and have been using it almost every day. The table arrived in good condition and packed together with a couple of accessories. One is a bar that helps put a bit more focus on your lower back. The other is some rubbery acupuncture nodes which you can attach to the table and they are suppose to help massage your back. I didn’t feel anything when using them.
Anyway, this teeter table really works for my back. Initially, I couldn’t get use to hanging upside down, but gradually I became accustomed to it. Now I’m so used to it and always looking forward to invert on this table. It’s very comfortable and the bed actually flexes when I stretch. I still can’t perform a full inversion but I’m working on it bit-by-bit.
This table isn’t difficult to use. What I found quite difficult was the assembly process. I saw the ad on TV and it said that assembling the table should take less than an hour. That wasn’t the case for me. It took more than an hour before I managed to get it up and running. I think it was close to an hour and a half. It isn’t a deal breaker or anything. I absolutely love the table, but I thought assembly could have been easier.
