Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 Review
Hey there. Thought I post a quick Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 review because lately from my observations in various back care forums, lots of people seem very interested to know about the quality of the product. Some even asked if this particular model is the best teeter inversion table.
Got my EP 560 set a while back and it came packed with some attachable nodes designed to rub down your back muscles while inverting, and a bar that provides a richer stretch in your lower back area.

Construction Rating
The Teeter 560 construction quality is nothing short of impressive. All the trouble I went through to put the table together (more on that in “User-Friendly Rating” below) was worth it. The table is definitely built to last with the base structure composed of resilient carbon steel that has been heat treated.
For your info guys, heat treated steel is awesome because the process helps to enhance the mechanical qualities of the metal. As a result, it increases the metal’s overall hardness and endurance. So yes, the base structure of this table is certainly killer strong, sturdy, and remarkably stable to the touch.
The hinges at the grips are adjustable complete with cam locks. The features help you stabilize with ease while you perform advanced stretching routines (using the grips), plus it allows you to pick your rotation settings.
The feet have hinges that auto-lock so you can invert peacefully, without having to worry about the whole structure tipping over and aggravating your back as a result. All told, the quality of construction gets the highest rating from me.

Comfort Rating
Initially, I thought the table’s bed looked pretty uncomfortable. Then I started using the table and I thought, wow this thing sure is nice and comfy! The surface of the bed is really smooth and very easy on the back. Once I got used to inverting, there’s just no turning back.
My back feels so much better now, but I’m still using this table daily because it’s so comfortable. I feel more oxygen flowing to my brain while inverting and it relieves stress as well.
I refused to give the comfort rating the full 5 stars because the ankle security clasps are just not comfy enough for me. It’s not terribly uncomfortable or anything, just a slight discomfort that I feel from time to time.

It works great for me. Made my back feel awesome and flexibility has improved a lot. Of course, in the beginning it didn’t just heal my back pain straightaway. It took a few months of daily inverting to minimize back pain recurrence.
I work my way up to a full inversion in a gradual manner. These days, the pain doesn’t come around much. However, you could get immediate relief from hanging upside on the Teeter 560. Keeping back pain away for the long-term takes a bit more time.

The table is easy to use. No complicated steps to follow in order to hang upside down on it. You just get on it, lie back, and invert. The adjustable settings are easy to mess around with. That said, the putting together part was a bit of a nightmare for me.
Even with instructions and everything, I still struggled when attempting to put the entire thing together. I got it up and ready for use after nearly an hour and a half of sweat and swear! I’m not saying that putting the thing together is super complicated because you will figure it out. But I just wish it was easier you know?
Even the product ad claims that assembling should take 30 minutes or something like that. Yeah right!

Earlier I mentioned that the table came with some attachable nodes for massaging your back, and a bar that emphasizes stretching in the lower back region. The latter is very useful and I like it a lot. It really helps me get that deeper stretch in my lower back.
The colorful attachable nodes, well I don’t know what to do with them. They don’t seem to do anything for me. Also included is an instructional DVD featuring various stretching videos. This DVD can be considered an add-on, and the videos on it are good. They are useful, enjoyable and loaded with some great stretching tips.
Conclusion to the Teeter Hang Ups EP 560 review
Is this the best teeter inversion table? I wouldn’t know, because I have never tried the other models. But this teeter 560 inversion table is awesome to have around. Men and women with back pain should really give this table a go. It does get rid of the back pain, gives me better flexibility, and my posture seems to have improved considerably.
It also has a 5-year manufacture warranty so that’s a very decent bonus in my book. The price is a little on the high side, but if you’ve been suffering from back pain for years, then you may want to just fork out that one-time payment for this table and enjoy a pain-free back for many years to come.
